Transition to SalonCentric.ca

Icon is now SalonCentric Canada!To all of our loyal clients,

SalonCentric is finalizing the integration of Icon Salon Systems through the migration of our computer systems, including the iconbc.com website and store.iconbc.com ecommerce shopping site, to SalonCentric Canada.  This change will affect your digital navigation and shopping experience soon.  This final system integration will take place November 1-3.  During this time, service will be interrupted.

Important information you need to know:

  1. All SalonCentric service in BC (customer service, stores, e-commerce) will be closed promptly at 5:00 pm on October 31st and will be restored by November 4th at 9:00 am.
  2. Your current account, including all credits and balances owing will be moved to the SalonCentric Canada national system.  Your new account number will be BC##### (add BC to the beginning of your current account number).
  3. Payment can continue to be made using the methods you are already using, with the exception of Cash on Delivery which will be discontinued as of October 31st. If you need to change your payment method, please request a list of payment methods from our customer service team or your sales consultant.
  4. Backorders will no longer be held for regular stock items. If an item is backordered, you will need to re-order with your next order.  Any unavailable promotional items backordered will be shipped automatically once available.
  5. Between November 1st and 3rd, your login for saloncentric.ca will be created and you will receive an email inviting you to set your password.  You will need to set your password before you can log in and order at saloncentric.ca.  Your current iconbc.com password will not be copied over.  Once you receive your password reset, you are ready to shop!
  6. The Perks Points program will be paused. All points balances will be transferred to our new loyalty program launching early 2025.  Your points balance will be saved and transferred to the new program.

All account migrations will be automatic, there is no action required on your behalf.  We will notify you by e-mail when the migration is complete.

We understand that this may impact how you regularly engage and shop. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this change will help make SalonCentric Canada your favourite beauty supply shopping experience.
